Any apparent visible mold or fungal growth, assessor may take a swab sample to identify the type of mold and toxicity levels during your mold inspection by our certified mold specialist. 

Just because you don't see it, doesn't mean it isn't there. In many cases, mold may not be visible to the eye. During your mold inspection our certified mold specialist will collect samples. These samples allow us to know what is lurking in the air and whether occupants are breathing toxic air. This also allows us to write up the proper protocol for remediation. 

During your mold inspection by our certified mold specialist - the utilization of moisture meters can help identify saturation levels of different surfaces such as ceilings, walls and flooring. This can be helpful in determining the cause of moisture when necessary.

Infared cameras allow the identification of problem areas that may not be identified visually. Our certified mold specialist will utilize these tools during your mold inspection.

AAA Mold Inspectors uses a local accredited laboratory for all sampling for mold inspections.
